PITCHING MATCHUP: Red Sox LH Felix Doubront (0-0, 3.94 ERA) vs. LH Philip Humber (1-0, 0.63 ERA)

Doubront allowed four hits in six innings Saturday before the Yankees crushed Boston’s bullpen for seven runs in each of the seventh and eighth innings in a 15-9 loss. Humber received a phone call from President Barack Obama and a text message from Tim Tebow following his perfect game. He has allowed one run and struck out 16 in 14 1/3 innings in his first two starts of 2012 with a 0.63 WHIP.
