Cam Newton - Cam should be a pretty good option this week if only because the Bears have shown they are going to stop the run this season. The Panthers are capable of airing it out big time, and if they can move the ball on the Packers they surely can on the Bears. I expect big numbers from Newton again in week four in part due to the fact that Carolina will struggle to run the football.
Steve Smith - Smith and Newton have a good thing going, and a tough game in week three means bad news for the Bears. Smitty will be back to catching passes this week and will pick up some solid numbers.
Greg Olsen(notes) - Olsen returns against his former team and will be wanting to make a difference. I can see him finding the end zone again this week. Cam is starting to see the value of using his tight ends when he gets in tight, and that can only mean good things for Olsen.
James Anderson(notes) - Anderson is a good play in IDP leagues. He has started racking up tackles again now that Jon Beason(notes) and Thomas Davis(notes) are on the shelf again. Anderson is a solid player with them there, but he becomes a fantasy football defensive superstar with them out.
Charles Johnson(notes) - Johnson, like Anderson, has a knack for being around the football. He will not get the tackles that Anderson will, but if you play in a league that heavily rewards sacks and turnovers you will enjoy playing Johnson each week. He seems to get at least one or two big plays per game in those areas, and always is around the football.
