Dennis Siver extended his UFC Picks
win-streak to four fights and boosted his overall record to 8-1 dating back to 2009 with a controversial unanimous decision over Matt Wiman at UFC 132 Results
on Saturday, but I doubt he boosted his stock much in the crowded lightweight division.
Siver was bloodied by Wiman and largely controlled by the American's grappling during the final two round. Given that the ground game has long been considered Siver's biggest weakness, this disputed win over Wiman didn't make a great case that he'd be able to stand up to the strong wrestlers like Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard, who currently rule the top end of the division.
To allay those fears, it would be good to see Siver prove himself one more time against another mat-based opponent. Somebody like Clay Guida. Eathier way he will be a UFC Odds underdog. Also UFC 134 Odds and UFC 135 Odds are now posted to bet on.
